Project Deposits

Project deposits secure a place on our development calendar and cover initial discovery and planning work. Deposits are non-refundable once discovery work has commenced.

Milestone Payments

For milestone-based engagements, fees for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, unearned fees for that milestone will be refunded.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel an active engagement with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, are calculated based on work completed as of the cancellation date.

Disputes

Any billing dispute should be raised within 30 days of invoice date by contacting support@andreslarin.us.
